HCP series claw vacuum pump is a rotary volumetric vacuum pump with a claw shaped rotor. The pump housing has two conjugate meshing claw shaped rotors, similar to the Roots vacuum pump. The rotors are driven to rotate and have a fixed phase by a pair of synchronous high-precision gears, and there is no contact between the rotors or between the rotors and the pump housing, leaving a small gap. The inlet and outlet of the gas are both located on the end face of the pump casing, and are periodically opened and closed by two rotor end faces, with a valve regulating effect.
Generally, star delta or de-pressurization starting should be used as the standard.
For special requirements, variable frequency motors and frequency converters can be installed to adjust the effective vacuum and pumping rate.
